Our doctors and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive endodontic and periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.
Our policy is that payment is due at the time of service. A down payment is taken on the day of service however the entire amount of the services rendered will be billed to your insurance provider. If there happens to be an overpayment to the account, a check will be issued and refunded to the patient.

- Option 1: Full payment paid on the day of service
For your convenience, payments may be made with a credit card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) CareCredit, cash, or personal check.
- Option 2: Open Account Payment Plan
For those individuals desiring a more flexible payment plan, the open account plan may be the best choice. This plan allows for payments to be paid out over a period of three months. A down payment of 50% is due on the day of service. The remaining balance will then be divided into three equal payments and arranged over the following three months interest-free.
- Option 3: Outside Financing CareCredit
For those individuals who would prefer an extended payment plan, CareCredit is a line of credit that will allow balances to be paid without interest for up to 12 months. Please contact the office to find out how to apply for this line of credit and if you would qualify for the 12 months no interest.
